44ak Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Play

Eligibility to Use 44ak

To register and use the 44ak platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform: (a) you must be at least 21 years of age; (b) you must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person; (c) you must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; (d) you must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 44ak or any company associated with the platform; (e) you must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the 44ak platform. 44ak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on 44ak. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses. During registration, you must provide your actual mobile number — this number serves as your account identifier and is used for OTP-based verification for both login and password recovery. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. 44ak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

44ak accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 44ak support immediately at [email protected]. 44ak is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their account credentials or has shared their login details with another person. Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, and 44ak reserves the right to request documentation at any time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

44ak accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 44ak does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction fees. All funds deposited into your 44ak account are held exclusively for gaming purposes and may not be transferred to other users or used for any purpose outside the 44ak platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed during support hours (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6), seven days a week. Withdrawal funds are returned to the same mobile wallet used for the original deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 44ak reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. 44ak will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used to make the original deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions

44ak offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the bonus is offered. 44ak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing bets on all outcomes to guarantee a profit (bonus arbitrage), or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts may be permanently suspended. 44ak's decision on any bonus dispute is final and binding. Bonuses are not available to players who have activated self-exclusion or who are subject to other responsible gaming restrictions.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

All bets placed on 44ak are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or casino game in question. For sports betting, 44ak uses a combination of pre-match and live in-play markets. Odds are expressed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. 44ak reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: a clear system error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, the event being cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion of the event having been completed, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or fraud.

Casino game outcomes on 44ak are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. 44ak does not control or influence the outcomes of casino games. Game-specific rules (paylines, side bets, bonus round mechanics) are governed by the individual game provider's published rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the outcome is determined by the server record, not by any display on the player's device at the time of disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44ak platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and forfeiture of any balance: (a) using the platform if you are under 21 years of age; (b) registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under false or third-party identity information; (c) using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner; (d) exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void; (e) colluding with other players to gain an advantage in poker, casino games, or any other game where player-against-player mechanics apply; (f) engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to any event offered for betting on 44ak.

Additionally, the following activities are prohibited: (a) depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 44ak for money laundering purposes; (b) using chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith to reclaim deposited funds after they have been wagered; (c) harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 44ak staff through any communication channel; (d) misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point. 44ak cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information where legally required to do so.

Account Suspension and Termination

44ak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to pass identity verification; suspected underage gambling; or any activity that 44ak reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of account suspension pending investigation, 44ak will freeze the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

A player may close their own account at any time by contacting 44ak support at [email protected]. Upon account closure at the player's request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within five business days, subject to identity verification. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44ak platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the platform; use the 44ak brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of 44ak intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44ak and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if 44ak has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 44ak makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons at any time.

44ak's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 44ak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 44ak uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 44ak, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Changes to These Terms

44ak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
